GIVING FAQ

  • Is my transaction safe?

    Yes, in our partnership with easyTithe Online Giving all your personal account information is securely transferred.

  • Are there any hidden fees or charges?

    No. As a part of your setup, you will be made aware of an opportunity to help cover the online transaction fee that is incurred for an online gift. However, you do not have to agree to cover this fee. If you do choose to cover the transaction fee, you will be credited in your annual giving with that additional fee. If you do not choose to pay the transaction fee, First Christian Church will still record the full amount of your donation to your annual giving report.

  • When is my gift processed?

    You will be given a series of options depending on whether you are giving a one-time or recurring gift. You will have numerous options for how you wish to schedule your donation to First Christian Church.

  • What forms of payment can I use?

    You can give using a credit or debit card, or by e-Check using your bank account information. You will see these options as you set up your giving.

  • Do I have to set up a account?

    No. You do not have to set up an account to give. However, there are many benefits to creating an account, such as the ability to create and manage recurring gifts, update payment and personal information, as well as access to reporting on your giving.

  • Can I cancel my online gift?

    Yes, you can log in any time to change or edit your online gift.

  • Will I still receive a giving statement if I give online?

    Yes. First Christian Church will provide to you a giving statement listing all your annual gifts.
